Hello Shirley

Can't really add much more to whats already been said, but I am thinking about you and sending my love.

I do know what it is like, my mum died of cancer over twenty years ago, she didn't know it was terminal but we did. Don't really know if that was blessing or not.

Love to you all

Thank you all for your kind replies.

It's funny, in a way, to think that when this terrible thing happens to your loved ones you think that it has only happened to you! Which of course it hasn't as so many of you have been through the same thing and i know parents have to die sometime. You just imagine they will always be there.

Had another blow today, my husband has lost his job. He is a contractor and finishes next week. They are cutting costs. He has known for sometime but didn't tell me as he thought i had enough to worry about. Bless him, i said i'm here to worry with him. Good news is that he has some work sorted for a few weeks but that's all at the moment.

I hope you all have a good and pain free weekend.

Thank you so much for supporting me.

Love Shirley x

Shirley

So sorry to hear the sad news about your Dad and then your Husband's news. Take comfort in the fact that you have a loving and close family and a wonderful Husband who was thinking of you when he must have been hurting as well.

Big and gentle hugs to you and your family

Jackie

Oh Shirley.

So sorry to hear about your husband's job. As if you haven't enough to cope with. Sending you a big hug and keeping you in my prayers.

Sheila x
